These Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to conflict of law principles.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Ontario, Canada, unless another forum is required by applicable law.
