Role: Cybersecurity Sales Consultant
(Independent Contractor - 100% commission-based)
Location: Remote. Currently hiring across Canada, the United States, and Europe
Compensation: 100% commission-only, with a percentage of net revenue on collected deals. Commission structure is tailored within a defined range based on experience, track record, market access, and the value you bring to Cybersnap

Important: This is a full-autonomy, commission-only independent contractor role with no salary, draw, or employer-provided benefits. Commission amounts are paid in the same currency as the revenue you generate (for example, deals closed in USD pay commission in USD; deals closed in CAD pay commission in CAD), following our standard contracting and payout processes.
Commissions are paid based on collected revenue, with transparent reporting so you always know where you stand. Earnings potential depends on the activity you put in, the opportunities you pursue, and how you build your pipeline, but you are never left to figure it out alone. We join key meetings as needed while you ramp up so you can learn how to position Cybersnap, articulate our value, and move deals forward with confidence.
